Open a support ticket. This will provide our support staff the ability to track your issues, and ensure resolution. Click on the icon to the left to begin.
Remote Technical Assistance
1. Have a Bitfocus technician on the phone with you.
2. Click the link to the left using your Browser, then select Run.
3. Provide your technician with your Session ID and Password.
Be sure to close any documents or files you deem confidential before running the Remote Assistance application.
