Schedule Training
If your Agency is participating in HMIS, and you have been authorized to schedule Training for your staff, then you have come to the right place. The HMIS Lead from your agency must use this form to enroll each staff member authorized to receive training. The form is fairly simple.
First select your Continuum of Care, then select your Agency. Input the Name, Phone, Email and Type of Training for each staff member. Use the Add New button as many times as required to create more staff entries. At the bottom, under Staff Authorizing Training, this must be the HMIS Lead with authorization to schedule training for staff. Under Special Notes, please enter any specifics you feel important to the training. For example, date restrictions, or anything else you feel relevant.
Once you hit Submit, your entry will be sent to our Training Management System, and staff will be notified by Email of the time/place of the Training.
